All rates are /hour/cleaning person. All products, supplies, and taxes are included.*
Vacuum is included with Move Out/In Cleans only.
There is a $10 charge for the use of our vacuums, as they are maintained and disinfected in between uses.

Yes, we have a 2 hour minimum.
We accommodate weekly, bi-weekly, every 4 weeks, as well as by call clients.
A routine clean consists of kitchen (fronts of appliances, inside of microwave, counters, sinks, disposal of trash), washrooms (sinks, tub, toilet, shower, mirrors & trash bins emptied), dusting, vacuuming & mopping of all floors.
Whenever time allows, we focus on kitchen cabinet fronts, baseboards, light switches, glass, or whatever it is that you would like us to prioritize. Making beds, changing linens, inside sofa cushions ... just ask!
Payment by cash or e-transfer is preferred. After your homes first clean, we will leave behind a business card with email address for e-transfer. The email address is jennybhousekeeping@hotmail.com
Tips are always welcomed, although never expected. Cash tips, or any dollar amount sent above the balance due, is considered a gratuity that goes directly to your cleaner(s).
We provide all product and supplies, asking the homeowner provide a vacuum only.
Upon request* we use chemical free cleaners from FILL- Kelowna's Refill Store (for zero waste!), Vileda spin mop, Swiffer dusters along with Norwex enviro & polishing cloths.

The upcoming week’s schedule is started the Thursday prior. You will hear from Jenny by Friday the week before your routine clean with a proposed day/ETA for your consideration/confirmation.
Should you have any changes, requests, or the need for cancellation for any of your cleans, please reach out ASAP (at least by the Thursday afternoon prior to your scheduled service week) to let Jenny know.
That is fine, in fact it is preferred. We simply need entry and exit instructions, a key, garage or door code, etc. Any missed appointments, lock outs or cancelations without at least 48 hrs notice will result in a $50 charge.
We are all very animal friendly.
After having been stolen from by way of non payment three times in the Summer of 2025, prepayment of the total anticipated cost is now expected to confirm any new service. Should there be any difference in balance, it is to be settled the same evening as the day of service. Should you need to cancel, payment is fully refundable up to 48 hrs before the confirmed service appointment. Otherwise, a $50 charge is held as it is considered a missed appointment.
This is only to protect/somewhat compensate the hardworking, reliable teammates from missed wages and also myself (Jenny) from absolute theft.
